What to expect before & during your Senior Portraits
The Details
Before your session, you, your parents, and I will connect over the phone or a video chat to talk about you, what you are looking for, and to make sure I am a good fit. This is where I get to know you, hear about your personality and interests, and learn what matters most to you for your photos. We will also talk through locations that feel meaningful or exciting to you.
On the day of your session, you and a parent will meet me at the first location. We will start with your first outfit and begin capturing photos that feel natural, relaxed, and true to you. Once we finish at the first spot, you will change into your second outfit and we will continue, either at the same location or at a new one. Throughout the session, your mom, dad, or whoever comes with you is welcome to stay nearby and even jump in for a few photos if you want. I will guide and pose you the entire time, and I will always ask if there is a pose or idea you want to try.
After your session, I begin the editing process to bring your images to life. Within two to four weeks, you will receive an online gallery where you can view, share, and download all your photos.
