I recently had the joy of photographing a creative branding session for Anna, the florist and artist behind Story Floral. Her work is romantic, garden inspired, and full of thoughtful details, and this session was designed to reflect the heart behind her brand. We photographed everything inside a bright studio in Stow Ohio, which created the perfect clean and airy backdrop for her soft floral palette.
Anna brings a calm and intentional energy to her work, and watching her design is like watching a story come to life. From selecting delicate stems to shaping each bouquet with care, every movement shows how much she loves what she does. Her use of blush tones, blues, and greens filled the studio with a soft and inviting atmosphere.
Throughout the session I focused on capturing the parts of her process that make Story Floral unique. Behind the scenes moments, the tools she uses every day, the textures she chooses, and the way she naturally moves around her workspace all helped tell the story of her business. These are the types of images that help clients feel connected to the person behind the brand.
Some of my favorite moments from the day were the quiet ones. Anna arranging flowers with full concentration. The little smile she gets when a bouquet comes together. The final touches she adds to bring everything into harmony. These real moments show the passion and artistry that define Story Floral.
